Warranty Period for Defective Manufacturing
Ollyskins products have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects as opposed to punctures and fair wear and tear. As a general guide, this covers major product failure such as a constructional seam (a main seam) breakdown that is not torn, and in the case of Waders, specifically not fabric surface damage that results in leakage.
Faulty Items
KAT Europe Ltd will accept items that have defects if we are notified and they can be returned to our head office within the warranty time. To process a warranty, we request the following information is sent to us by email at sales@ollyskins.com. Depending on the nature of the product failure, we may at our discretion send a returns label for the item to be returned to us for inspection.
- Image of entire Product
- Image of the Care Label showing our batch reference where present (usually starts with PO-XXXXXXXX)
- Image showing the area of failure or suspected area of failure (external image plus an internal image is always useful).
- Photo of the sole of the boot, and if present, the 'dial' that shows the batch number of the boot.
- Your name or order reference so we can identify your order.
IMPORTANT: All garments sent for warranty must be clean and dry.
We will then inform you of the next steps and decision.
Should you wish us to inspect a garment outside of this Warranty period or request a repair, then please return the item to our UK address for assessment.
