Warranty Period for Defective Manufacturing
Ollyskins products have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. As a general guide, this covers major product failure such as a seam breakdown that is not torn, and in the case of Waders, specifically not fabric surface damage that results in leakage.
Faulty Items
KAT Europe Ltd will accept items that have defects if notified or returned to the head office within the warranty time. To process a warranty, we require the following information sent to us by email at sales@ollyskins.com
- Image of entire Product
- Image of the Care Label showing our batch reference where present (usually starts with PO-XXXXXXXX)
- Image showing the area of failure or suspected area of failure
- Your original order of invoice reference.
We will then inform you of the next steps and decision.
All garments sent for warranty must be clean and dry.
