It's important your entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to assist. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase.


KAT Europe Ltd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the product branding tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

KAT Europe Ltd is not responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective and we recommend you return the product with a tracked carrier service. Our Return address is:

If you wish us to arrange a collection via DHL, please let us know. A £12 plus VAT (£14.40) charge will be deducted from your credit for this service (many of our customers making returns find this a more reliable service - it saves you a trip to the post office, and we arrange the paperwork. You will however need a printer to print off the paperwork we will email to you).

If your initial order was a Carriage Paid order in the 1st instance, a £8.95 plus VAT fee will be applied to your return on receipt to cover our initial shipping and packing cost.

Replacement Product

If you are returning for another size, you will need to reorder the correct item on the website.

Defective or Broken Product

If a product is defective please refer to our Warranty Policy in the footer of this website.


Once we receive your returns, we will notify you submit it for inspection to our Quality Control department. When your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account using the same payment method as the original purchase.
