Note: The easiest way to calculate Shipping Costs is to add your items to the basket and go to the Cart page, entering your address. If you have any questions, you can contact us via the Live Chat.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday).
  • An email will be sent when your order is processed for dispatch.
  • The stock on the website is live unless the product is stated to be available on Back Order.

Custom Fees for your Order

USA: Orders above US$800 are subject to import tax. For further details, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia: Orders above AUS$1000 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand: Orders above NZD$60 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you decide to not pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to KAT Europe Ltd, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you are still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. The jurisdictions are outside the control or influence of KAT Europe Ltd, and relate to the tax regimes of the recipient countries.

Returns & Exchanges

It's important your entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to assist.


KAT Europe Ltd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the product branding tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

KAT Europe Ltd is not responsible for any return shipping costs and we recommend you return the product with a tracked carrier service. Our Return address is:

If you wish us to arrange a collection via DHL, please let us know. A £12 charge will be deducted from your credit for this service (many of our customers making returns find this a more reliable service - it saves you a trip to the post office, and we arrange the paperwork. You will however need a printer to print off the paperwork we will email to you).


Once we receive your returns, we will notify you submit it for inspection to our Quality Control department. When your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Faulty Items

KAT Europe Ltd will accept items that have defects if notified or returned to the head office within the warranty time. (Please see the warranty periods below). To process a warranty, we require the following information:

  • Image of overall Product
  • Image of Product Labels
  • Image of Problem with product

Copy of receipt - a photograph is sufficient.

Warranty Period for Defective Manufacturing

Ollyskins products have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. As a general guide, this covers major product failure such as seams and in the case of Waders, specifically not fabric surface damage that results in leakage.
