We use boots from various manufacturers although all of them are European so sizing is accurate. As a general rule, the shoe size you wear will be the same as the boot size you need to buy. However, you may choose to wear boot liners or if you intend to wear thicker socks when wearing wellingtons as many do, then choose accordingly.
PVC fabrics can be branded with your company logo providing care is taken in this process. We suggest you use a low heat setting on your heat press (usually start around 130 degrees) and a short time of about 6-8 seconds until you have established confidence in the procedure. It is also advisable to use a piece of fabric with a cut-out for the logo you are applying to ensure that the heat press does not leave marks around the logo. Ensure you always use a piece of transfer paper to avoid the heat press having direct contact with the fabric. We recommend a transfer specifically for waterproof fabrics that has a backing paper that is easily removed.
Returns on Ollyskins garments and waders for leakage are virtually

Whilst the design of this garment is similar to a Hi-Vizibility garment, the

PVC fabrics offer a natural resistance against oil and grease due to the very nature of the fabric. We also coat some fabrics in the range with an extra laminate to increase this protection for particuarly aggressive work environments to increase the longevity of the fabric. If you have specific oils and greases we suggest you trial a garment in this environment to see how it performs. Please note that the fabrics are not chemical resistant unless the care label states this and the garments has been designed for this use. If you need further technical

Phthalates have been thoroughly studied and reviewed by a number of
government scientific agencies and regulatory bodies world-wide and
these agencies have concluded that phthalates used in commercial
products do not pose a risk to human health at typical exposure levels.
Information collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
over the last 10 years indicates that, despite the fact that phthalates
are used in many products, exposure is extremely low—significantly lower
than any levels of concern set by regulatory agencies. This information

Polyurethane does not have a melting point because it is a thermosetting polymer, so when it is made, it becomes irreversibly hard. When exposed to extreme heat, polyurethane ignites and burns.
PVC starts to decompose when the temperature reaches 140 °C, with melting temperature starting around 160 °C. The linear expansion coefficient of rigid PVC is small and has good flame retardancy, the Limiting oxygen
index (LOI) being up to 45 or more.
