Returns & Exchanges
It’s important your entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to assist.
KAT Europe Ltd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the product branding tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
KAT Europe Ltd is not responsible for any return shipping costs and we recommend you return the product with a tracked carrier service.
Once we receive your returns, we will notify you submit it for inspection to our Quality Control department. When your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account using the same payment method as the original purchase.
KAT Europe Ltd will accept items that have defects if notified or returned to the head office within the warranty time. (Please see the warranty periods below). To process a warranty, we require the following information:
- Image of overall Product
- Image of Product Labels
- Image of Problem with product
Copy of receipt – a photograph is sufficient.
Warranty Period for Defective Manufacturing
Ollyskins products have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
