Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) of being received and when dispatched are on a Next Working Day service. For any additional priority, or Saturday deliveries please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
An email will be sent when your order is processed for dispatch.
The stock on the website is live and any item you order will therefore be in stock unless otherwise stated, or a ‘Next Delivery Due’ date is stated on the product page concerned.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill all items you have ordered, we will contact you and advise you what the expected delay will be.
Our Shipping Partners
Parcels are dispatched using reputable couriers including DHL, Hermes, TNT and Royal Mail. If you are not in when they attempt delivery, they will typically leave a card so you can phone them to arrange a better date for redelivery. They may make two or three attempts before returning the parcel to their depot or you may be given the option to collect it. In the event of a delivery not being made, the goods may be returned to us, in which case an additional charge may be made for the goods to be resent.
